Barrister and Solicitor

Kyle was admitted to practice in Alberta in 2013.  He practices as a general solicitor in commercial law, real property law, wills, and estates and corporate law.  He also has experience working with individuals and independent business clients in areas relating to real estate, joint ventures, commercial leasing, franchises, non-profit societies, corporate reorganizations, shareholder agreements, partnership agreements, shareholder disputes and purchases and sales of businesses.  In addition, he practices in the areas of civil and commercial litigation, contractual disputes, asset financing, security enforcement and employment law matters.

Kyle obtained a BA from the University of Alberta in 2005 and obtained an LLB with honors from Queen's University, Belfast in 2009.  He also attended the Oxford Institute of Legal Practice where he was jointly awarded a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice by the University of Oxford and Oxford Brookes University in 2010.

When he isn't practicing law Kyle enjoys spending time golfing and going out on walks with his wife, two young  children and his beagle.
